Ignite Your Dreams
“Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.”
~~Henry David Thoreau
Greetings to all my precious people!!!
April 2024 in the year of the Green Wood Dragon continues to unfold. We are in the beginning of Spring, the season when the natural world revives and reinvigorates after the colder winter months. Dormant plants begin to grow again, new seedlings sprout out of the ground and hibernating animals awake. There is a sense of anticipation as the energy of the Earth awakens to celebrate rebirth and renewal. continue reading
Courage Grace & Compassion
March is the Month of Expectation.
~~Emily Dickinson
Greetings to all my precious people!
Just when you thought it was safe to put away your winter coat, the North wind blasted us with one more reminder that Nature is in charge of the environment. The month of March is mercurial, and perhaps that makes sense, since the name March is ultimately derived from the Latin word Martius, named after Mars, the Roman god of war. While we are in the midst of welcoming the Spring Equinox, Mercury has entered its “pre-retrograde” shadow and there is also a lunar eclipse on the horizon for March 25th. Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.”
― Shel Silverstein

Daffodil stalks are peeking up from the soil, along with the tiny white snowdrops and the cup shaped crocuses, Nature’s true harbingers of Spring. We are past the Winter incubation period and entering the season of newness, light and vitality, where hope and optimism abound. continue reading

Intuition provides us with that internal gut response, or inner voice, beyond logic or learned responses, revealing both who we are and the knowledge we have gained.
If we listen, we can benefit from the inspiration it offers and the feeling of confidence that it provides. Let intuition help guide you. continue reading
Winter Self Care Reminders
I pray this winter be gentle and kind
a season of rest from the wheel of the mind.
~~ John Geddes
Greetings to all my precious people!!!
The Winter season is filled with holiday celebration, always depicted with joyful gatherings highlighting family, friends and togetherness. We mark the calendars, counting the days ‘til the end of the year, as we check off items on our to-do lists, many times with equal measure of excitement and exhaustion. Advertisements on TV and social media highlight the “must-have” gift items and there are still cards to write, gifts to wrap, cookies to bake and dinners to plan. So much tradition! So much anticipation! Shiny happy people are everywhere! continue reading
