Start your day with warm water and lemon

Starting your morning with a fresh glass of warm lemon water can help cleanse your body and support digestion.​ The lemon helps to stimulate the Liver in Chinese Medicine and encourages peristalsis aka bowel movement.

Incorporate the 4-7-8 breathing technique throughout the day:

Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for a count of 7 and exhale out your mouth for a count of 8. This is a good practice throughout your day. This helps to down regulate your sympathetic nervous system, allowing you to destress at different points during the day. This is also a great breath technique before you go to sleep.

Nourish your body with real food

Get outside early in the morning

20 minutes of sunlight on your face can really change your day and also improve your sleep by resetting your circadian rhythm. Click the sun for the science.

Meditate daily
