The Sacred Presence

“We must be willing to get rid of the life we planned

so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”

~~ Robert Frost

Greetings to all my precious people!!

April has finally arrived, announcing the season of Spring in all her magnificent glory! The budding trees, colorful crocuses, happy daffodils, fragrant hyacinth, and bursting yellow forsythia petals are part of the ancient cycle of Nature in rebirth. The potent incubation of Winter supported this unfolding celebration of renewal and exuberance. Can you feel the vibrations of new life surrounding you? Breathe in the sweetness, listen to the birdsongs, feel the warmth of the sun on your body. We, too, are part of the rebirth that is happening all around us. But nothing is clear nor settled right now. Instead, the shroud of post-eclipse dust lingers. And we are in the midst of a particularly shadowy recalibration.  continue reading »

The Synergy of Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care: A Path to Holistic Healing

The Synergy of Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care: A Path to Holistic Healing

Acupuncture and chiropractic care are two complementary therapies rooted in vastly different traditions but with a shared goal of restoring balance and promoting the body’s natural ability to heal. Instead, the natural cycle of events unfolds, and if we are paying attention we will see glimpses of patterns marking a powerful shift in the ancient cycle of Earth.  continue reading »

Each method has its own strengths, applications, and limitations. Understanding the pros and cons of both approaches can help you understand which might be better suited for your needs. continue reading »

Embrace an Attitude of Gratitude

“You cannot stay away from yourself forever,

you have to return, have to come to that experiment,

to know whether you really can love.

That is the question—whether you can love yourself,

and that will be the test.”

~~Carl Gustav Jung
