Greetings to all my precious people!!
Longtime readers will remember The C.O.A.C.H. Method I return to again and again — Curiosity, Optimism, Awareness, Courage, and Hope & Healing. (New here? Welcome. You’ve arrived right where you need to be.) Today I want to follow that path one step further than we usually go — past your own healing, to the quiet truth that so many of you have been sensing lately:
Your healing journey was never just about you. continue reading

“Consider what your life would look like
if you lived more loyal to your dreams …
and less influenced by your fears.”

Greetings to all my precious people!!
For two months we’ve been exploring homesickness.
The ache. The exile. The longing for something you can barely name but KNOW is real.
And now, after eight weeks of WAKING UP, REMEMBERING, RETURNING, I have the final truth to share:
You’re already home. You always were.
The work is not GETTING there. The work is REMEMBERING you never left.

Greetings to all my precious people!!
We’ve reached the end of February. The Fire Horse year is eleven days old and already you can feel it—the acceleration, the intensity, the demand for truth.
This month, we’ve been preparing for this moment:
Week 1: INTUITION — You learned to trust your body’s knowing. Head, heart, gut—three centers of intelligence. Your body knows before your mind can prove it.
Week 2: OBSERVATION — You learned to see clearly. To discern YOUR truth from the conditioning you inherited. To recognize when you’re seeing through someone else’s eyes vs. your own.
Week 3: WOMEN’S BODIES AS TEACHERS — You reclaimed your cycles as wisdom. Menstruation as winter, ovulation as summer, the full spectrum of feminine energy. Wild Woman rising. The Crone claiming her power.
This week—the final week—we complete the arc:
LIVING FROM SOURCE.
Intuition: The Body Always Knows First

“The only really valuable thing is intuition.”
~~ Albert Einstein
Greetings to all my precious people!!
We’ve crossed the threshold. Imbolc has passed as of February 1st, marking the first undeniable stirrings of light returning. In ten days, the Fire Horse year begins on February 17, 2026 — a rare, intense energy that arrives once every sixty years, bringing passion, creative force, and the demand for authentic expression.
January was about building SANCTUARY—creating the internal conditions where your true self could finally emerge. You learned to return to yourself, to create safety in your nervous system, to tend daily practices, to build resilience from restored reserves.
Now, in February, we explore what LIVES in that sanctuary:
Your intuition. Your body’s wisdom. Your direct knowing that doesn’t require external validation.
This month’s theme is SCIENCE MEETS SPIRIT—not as opposing forces, but as collaborators. We’re exploring what happens when neuroscience validates what mystics and healers have always known: Your body knows things your mind hasn’t caught up to yet.
And we’re beginning with the foundation of all embodied wisdom: intuition.
Tending the Fire that Sparks You

“May you awaken to the Mystery of being here
and enter the quiet immensity of your own presence.
May you have joy and peace in the temple of your senses.”
~~ John O’Donohue
Greetings to all my precious people!!
Last week, we remembered: you are made of stardust. You carry ancient wisdom. You’ve always had the magic.
This week, we turn our attention to what the Daoists call Shen—the spirit that lives in your heart. The light of consciousness. The fire that makes you uniquely, unmistakably YOU.
We are in the deep darkness of December now. The Winter Solstice approaches on December 21—the longest night of the year, when the sun seems to disappear entirely, and we are asked to trust that the light will return.
This is not accidental timing. The darkest night of the year is also the turning point. From this moment forward, the light begins its slow return. The days lengthen. The fire comes back.
But only if we tend it.
