Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Wrap Recipe

Cooling, moistening cucumber harmonizes with the nourishing richness of salmon to support Yin while maintaining clean Qi. Ideal for warm weather or when the body craves lightness with stability.

Ingredients

1 wrap or tortilla

3–4 slices smoked salmon

½ cucumber, sliced thin

2 tbsp cream cheese or hummus

Fresh dill or greens

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese/hummus on wrap.

  2. Add cucumber, salmon, and greens.

  3. Roll tightly and slice.
