Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Toppings: Granola, coconut flakes, or fresh berries

Instructions:

  1. Blend the banana, spinach, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, and almond butter until smooth.
