Spiced Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe

Carrots tonify the Spleen and gently move Qi, while ginger disperses cold and awakens digestion. This soup is ideal for those needing warmth, circulation, and digestive support.

Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

1 onion, chopped

4–5 carrots, sliced

1 tbsp grated ginger

4 cups vegetable broth

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp turmeric

Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and ginger in oil.

  2. Add carrots, spices, and broth.

  3. Simmer 20 minutes until carrots are soft.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Season and serve.
