Greek Yogurt Parfait with Honey & Nuts Recipe

A well-functioning Spleen is essential for transforming food into usable Qi (energy) and preventing dampness in the body.

The mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans) provide a rich source of healthy fats, protein, and essential minerals. In TCM, nuts are believed to nourish the Kidneys and Brain, promoting mental clarity, focus, and overall vitality. Ingredients:

Instructions:
