“I can’t go back to yesterday
because I was a different person then.”
~~ Alice, Alice in Wonderland
Greetings to all my precious people!!
You’ve changed.
Maybe you don’t want to admit it. Maybe it’s uncomfortable. Maybe the people around you wish you’d go back to being who you were.
But you can’t.
Alice knew this. Once you fall down the rabbit hole, once you see what you’ve seen, once you wake up even a little—you can’t go back to yesterday.
You were a different person then.
What’s Actually Happening
Here’s what I’ve witnessed in 20 years of working with women’s bodies:
There’s a moment when women realize they can’t keep living the way they’ve been living.
Not because they’re failing. Not because something’s wrong with them.
Because they’ve outgrown the old container.
Like the Snake shedding skin. Like Alice growing too big for the room.
You’ve changed. And the old ways don’t fit anymore.
The old strategies:
- Pushing through exhaustion
- Ignoring your body’s signals
- Performing who you think you should be
- Fixing yourself to fit someone else’s expectations
- Numbing the ache with busyness, food, screens, anything
They don’t work anymore.
Not because you’re broken. Because you’re WAKING UP.
The Ache You Can’t Name
And underneath all of it—the exhaustion, the symptoms, the sense that something’s off—there’s an ache.
You might not even have words for it.
It’s not depression (though it might look like that). It’s not anxiety (though that’s there too). It’s not hormonal (though your hormones are definitely involved).
It’s homesickness.
Homesickness for something you can barely remember but know is real.
Homesickness for:
- A version of yourself before the world got its hands on you
- A sense of wholeness you can’t quite recall
- A knowing that got buried under decades of conditioning
- A HOME inside yourself that you’ve been exiled from
You are HOMESICK.
And all the striving, all the fixing, all the searching outside yourself?
That’s just homesickness in disguise.
You Can’t Go Back, But You Can Go HOME
Here’s what I need you to understand:
You can’t go back to yesterday. The transformation has already begun. You’ve already changed. You can’t unknow what you know.
But you CAN go home.
Not to some external place. Not to who you used to be.
Home to yourself. Home to SOURCE.
Home to the coherence that’s always been there, waiting.
This is different from going back because:
Going back = trying to fit into old container (impossible)
Going home = returning to True Self (always possible)
Going back is about regression. Going home is about REMEMBERING.
The Work of April-May
Over the next two months, we’re going to explore:
- What you’re actually homesick FOR (SOURCE/True Self/coherence)
- Why ticking the wellness boxes (food, supplements, exercise) doesn’t create sustained wellness without interior alignment
- How your symptoms are actually breadcrumbs leading you home
- What happens when 95% of your subconscious becomes conscious
- How biofield science validates what mystics have always known
- Why body-mind integration (East meets West) is the path
- How to live FROM home instead of searching for it
This is the work of RETURNING.
Not fixing. Not improving. Not becoming someone new.
Returning to who you’ve always been beneath the conditioning.
The Invitation
If you’re feeling the homesickness and if you recognize this ache, I’m here.
The 1:1 work I do is about exactly this: midwifing your return home.
Not giving you another protocol. Not fixing your symptoms. Not adding to your to-do list.
But witnessing your emergence. Helping you remember the way. Clearing the path home.
Are you ready to stop going back and start going HOME?
Book a conversation for curiosity. Get on the schedule for some healing acupuncture calibration. Your body knows the way!
P.S. You can’t unknow what you know. You’ve already changed. The only question now is: Will you resist the transformation, or will you let it take you home?
