“I am Pure Soul. I am Pure Soul. I am Pure Soul.
I am infinite knowledge. I am infinite vision. I am infinite energy.
I am the abode of infinite bliss.”
~~ Dr. Seema Khaneja
Greetings to all my precious people!!
Let me name what you might not have words for:
You are HOMESICK.
Not for a place. Not for a time. Not even for a person.
You are homesick for yourself. For SOURCE. For the Truth of who you are beneath everything you’ve learned to perform.
What Dr. Seema Khaneja Discovered
Dr. Seema Khaneja is a board-certified pediatrician (Mount Sinai, Cornell). Traditional medical training. Emergency room rotations. The whole Western medicine path.
But she knew something was missing.
Even as a medical student, she felt a call for healing that couldn’t be answered within the confines of medicine. She studied Ayurveda, mind-body medicine with Dr. Herbert Benson at Harvard, homeopathy, yoga, meditation.
And still, something ached.
Until she went deeper with A Course in Miracles and discovered what she calls Attitudinal Healing.
Her definition: “Health is inner peace. Healing is the letting go of fear.”
Not health as lab values. Not healing as symptom resolution.
Health as the experience of being HOME in yourself.
“I Am Pure Soul”
Dr. Khaneja describes attending a Self-realization retreat where 3,000 people chanted together:
“I am Pure Soul. I am Pure Soul. I am Pure Soul.
I am infinite knowledge. I am infinite vision. I am infinite energy.
I am the abode of infinite bliss.”
She writes: “Deep within each of us is a space of perfection, beauty, innocence and light that cannot be seen with the eyes but can only be FELT.”
This is what you’re homesick for.
Not some New Age fantasy. Not vain imagining.
An actual REALITY about who you are that got buried under:
- Decades of conditioning
- Cultural expectations
- Trauma responses
- Performance patterns
- The belief that you’re fundamentally flawed
You forgot you are Pure Soul.
And the homesickness is your soul crying out: “REMEMBER. Come HOME.”
Why Ticking the Wellness Boxes Doesn’t Work
Here’s what I see constantly in my practice:
Women come to me having done EVERYTHING:
- Clean eating (organic, no sugar, no gluten, all the protocols)
- Supplements (drawers full, thousands spent)
- Exercise (yoga, Pilates, strength training, cardio)
- Sleep hygiene (blue light blockers, magnesium, perfect routine)
- Stress management (meditation apps, breathwork, therapy)
And they STILL feel off.
Still exhausted. Still symptomatic. Still aching.
Why?
Because you can have perfect nutrition, perfect movement, perfect sleep—and still be exiled from HOME.
Because sustained wellness requires interior coherence.
Not just doing the right things. Being in right relationship with yourself.
What Dr. Claudia Welch Teaches
Dr. Claudia Welch is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Ayurvedic practitioner. Her work integrates Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda—two complete systems that understand something Western medicine often misses:
Health is not just the absence of disease. Health is WHOLENESS.
Her book, Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life teaches that:
What we do, think, feel, eat, and expose ourselves to affects our bodies, minds, spirits, AND relationships.
You can’t separate:
- Physical health from emotional state
- Hormones from stress levels
- Symptoms from spiritual disconnection
- Body from mind from soul
They are ONE integrated system.
And when that system is disconnected from SOURCE—when you’re living in exile from your True Self—all the supplements in the world won’t bring you home.
The 95% You’re Not Accessing
Neuroscience tells us we use about 5-10% of our brain consciously.
95% is subconscious.
Operating below awareness. Running programs installed decades ago. Driving behaviors you don’t consciously choose.
This is where the exile happens.
Your conscious mind might think: “I’m doing all the right things. Why don’t I feel well?”
But your subconscious is running programs like:
- “I’m not safe unless I’m performing”
- “My worth depends on how I look”
- “Rest is laziness”
- “I don’t deserve to feel good”
- “If I slow down, everything falls apart”
These programs keep you exiled from home.
And no amount of kale, supplements, or yoga will override subconscious programming that says “You’re fundamentally flawed and must earn your right to exist.”
Making the Subconscious Conscious
This is the work.
Not adding more protocols. Bringing awareness to what’s running beneath.
Dr. Khaneja’s approach via her Coaching for Inner Peace: Making the unconscious conscious through deep listening.
She describes training herself even as a medical resident to “listen deeply”—not just to symptoms, but to the intuitive sense that great clinicians have. The knowing beneath the knowing.
This is what your body does when you actually listen to it.
Your symptoms aren’t just physical. They’re communications from your subconscious trying to bring you home.
What You’re Actually Homesick For
Let me be specific.
You’re homesick for:
- Safety in your own being (not performing to earn worth)
- Trust in your body’s wisdom (not overriding every signal)
- Connection to SOURCE (the intelligence that creates galaxies flowing through you)
- Coherence (all parts of you aligned, not fragmented)
- Wholeness (Pure Soul—perfect, complete, already enough)
This is HOME.
Not a destination you achieve. A reality you REMEMBER.
The Path Home
You don’t need to:
- Fix yourself
- Become someone new
- Earn your way back
- Perfect your protocols
You need to:
- Remember who you are (Pure Soul)
- Let go of fear (the belief you’re fundamentally flawed)
- Make subconscious conscious (bring awareness to what’s driving you)
- Align interior with exterior (coherence, not just correct actions)
- Listen deeply (to body, intuition, soul-level knowing)
This is the work of RETURNING HOME.
The Invitation
The 1:1 C.O.A.C.H. Intensive I offer is designed for exactly this:
Making the subconscious conscious. Clearing the path home.
We work with:
- What programs are running beneath awareness
- What you’re actually homesick for
- What keeps you exiled from yourself
- How to create interior coherence (not just external “wellness”)
- How to remember you are Pure Soul (beneath all conditioning)
Deep work. Life-changing.
Are you ready to stop performing and start REMEMBERING?
Book a conversation for curiosity today and let’s explore all the possibilities!
P.S. Health is inner peace. Healing is letting go of fear. And home is not something you achieve—it’s something you REMEMBER you’ve always been.
“At the center of your being …
Search your heart and see …
The way to do is to be.”
