Red Date, Longan & Ginger Tea Recipe

A classic Blood- and Qi-nourishing tonic that warms the Heart and Spleen, settles the Shen, and gently replenishes depleted vitality. Perfect for fatigue, emotional heaviness, or cold hands/feet.

Ingredients

6–8 red dates

6–8 dried longan

3–4 slices fresh ginger

3 cups water

Honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot.

  2. Simmer 20–30 minutes.

  3. Sweeten lightly if desired; drink warm.
