Ingredients:
8 oz firm tofu, cubed
1 tbsp sesame or avocado oil
1 cup bok choy
1 cup cabbage
1 cup mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp rice vinegar
Optional: sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat oil in wok, add tofu; brown lightly.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes.
- Add tamari + vinegar; cook 1 more minute. Serve warm.
