Stewed Pear Goji & Walnut Millet Bowl

In Chinese Medicine, a stewed pear, goji & walnut millet bowl offers warm, grounding nourishment while helping to support Spleen Qi and nourish Lung fluids during the cooler, drier months. Pear is traditionally used to moisten the Lung, goji berries nourish Blood and Yin, and walnuts are associated with supporting the Kidneys and deeper reserves. Millet provides a gentle, digestion-friendly foundation, creating a comforting bowl that helps nourish, moisten, and restore the body as the seasons turn inward.
