Ginger Turkey, Mushroom & Sweet Potato Skillet

Turkey and sweet potato provide nourishing warmth, while mushrooms support Qi and ginger helps warm the digestive center and encourage healthy movement. Together, these ingredients create a satisfying Autumn meal that helps strengthen Qi, nourish the center, and prepare the body for Winter’s more inward energy.
